The hotel room was spotless with lots of room to get around, very bright, and had a decent-size bathroom. The owner was super friendly and helpful, making it an ideal base just 5 minutes into town with no parking problems on Franklin Rd. The room was warm, clean, and tidy, much bigger than expected, with an excellent shower, offering great value for money.
I couldn't have been happier with my stay! The rooms were spotless and so cozy, plus they offered a great selection of gluten-free options for breakfast which was absolutely delicious. The location was an absolute gem with ample free parking and just a short walk from all the buzzing spots in Harrogate. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience exceeded my expectations with a delightful hostess and lovely meals.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed with all the services you'd expect in a top-notch hotel like a lovely TV, Hospitality Tray, Alarm Clock, Walk-in Wardrobe, and a superb en-suite bathroom. The morning ambiance was clean, bright, and quiet, offering ultimate comfort.
